Refund and Returns Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give us as much notice as possible. Lesson cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out on our Policies page.

If you have paid for a block of lessons and can no longer continue, contact us and we’ll refund any unused lessons, minus lessons already taken at the standard single-lesson rate. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

🎁 Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided they have not been redeemed. Once a voucher has been partially or fully redeemed against lessons or products, it can no longer be refunded. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

📦 Shop products — gifts & accessories

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your items, and a further 14 days to return them. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.

To start a return, email info@guitaracademyuk.com with your order number and we’ll confirm the return address and next steps. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, in which case we’ll cover it. For higher-value items we recommend a tracked postal service, as we can’t refund items that don’t reach us.

💳 Refund processing

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll email you to confirm and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or card provider.

If a refund seems to be missing, check with your bank first, then contact us and we’ll chase it up.
