About our online lesson platform
We are using a software free solution to deliver lessons online called whereby. All you need is a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
Whereby works using a web browser. We recommend using the chrome browser or Firefox for this purpose.
All you need to do is follow the link to join the lesson. Thats it! No need to download software or applications.
Tablet or Smart Phone User?
If you are using a smart phone or tablet. We do recommend you download the free app from the android or app store.
How to access your lesson
You will be sent a link to access your lesson when you book. When its lesson time, simply click this link and then follow the on screen instructions.
Your link will remain the same for each lesson. Unless you change tutor.

How do I pay for lessons?
You pay for online lessons using the student portal, the link is located at the top of the main website. Click, Student Log In.
How do I access lesson materials?
You can access any hand outs or lesson materials on your student portal. Please log in using the button on the top of the website, called ‘Student Log In’.
The files will be contained in the online resources section on the left. You can obtain these at any time.
If you cannot log in, please reset your password using the forgotten password section.
